This mash-up is my simplest, consisting of only two songs: Duran Duran’s Rio and Basil Poledouris’s Anvil of Crom from the soundtrack of the film Conan the Barbarian, often simply called the “Conan theme.”

As anyone familiar with the complexity of Poledouris’s original will recognize, I had to play with the meter quite a bit to tweak Anvil into something resembling a rock beat.
